After completing a simple registration form - or contacting us directly - users will be able to place or receive calls through the app. No special equipment required. We expect TrueCaptions to be available at no cost to qualified users, pending approval under the FCC’s Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) program.

If approved, this funding will help ensure equal access to captioned phone service for people with hearing loss. There will be no monthly fees or hidden charges - just clear, real-time captioning for those who qualify.
